精選食材
新鮮雞蛋蛋白
選用健康活力的新鮮雞蛋蛋白，就是要讓大家可以吃得安心、放心又開心。

嚴選麵粉
選用SQF等級的嚴選麵粉，細緻、且不含人工添加物，與鮮力蛋蛋白充分混合的麵糊在煎盤上均勻烘烤，香氣撲鼻，最後再將餅皮捲起，蛋捲的形狀也就隨之成形。

本土甘蔗糖
本土甘蔗糖，純粹的蔗香流連在唇齒之中，但卻又不過度甜膩。別於精煉過的白砂糖，甘蔗糖依舊保留了細細微微、絲絲縷縷，那屬於土地的味道，也在以蛋白建構的蛋捲中，增添了幾分細膩回甘。

無鹽奶油
唯有奶油才能讓蛋捲自帶香濃的奶香味。我們嚴選來自美國AA級的無鹽奶油，加入蛋白、麵粉混合而成的麵糊，在低溫焙烤後更是香氣十足，令人無法自拔。
